2. Overview

boston.top is in preparation; today this site is a holding page and these information pages. It has no accounts, no forms and no newsletter. We set no cookies and use no browser storage, we use no analytics or tracking, no advertising and no social-media plugins, and we sell no data. The pages run no scripts and load nothing from third parties.

3. Hosting and server logs

The site runs on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Your IP address is processed to deliver pages and establish the HTTPS connection. For each request the web server logs date and time, URL, status code, size, referrer and user agent; your IP address is not stored there (the log only holds the address of our own front server). Error logs hold technical error messages. Logs are deleted automatically after 14 days. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation.

4. Cookies and browser storage

None. This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.

5. Fonts

All fonts are served from our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or other font providers is made.

6. E-mail

If you write to us, we use your e-mail address and your message only to answer you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We delete the correspondence once your request is settled, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Your rights

Access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (16), erasure (17), restriction (18) and portability (20); an e-mail to contact@abracadabra.work is enough. Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): where we rely on legitimate interests you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.

8. Right to lodge a complaint

You may complain to a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR); ours is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin, www.datenschutz-berlin.de.
